Histanish-180 tablets contain fexofenadine, which is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It alleviates allergy symptoms, such as those associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), such as runny nose, sneezing, red, itchy, or watery eyes, or itching of the nose, throat, or roof of the mouth, by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical in the body that causes allergy symptoms. The itching and rash associated with urticaria, sometimes known as hives, are also reduced by using this medication.
