ROLIDE-SP FORTE tablets have been formulated by combining three medications: nimesulide, hydrochloride, and serratiopeptidase. Nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and paracetamol, an antipyretic (fever reducer), function by preventing the production of specific chemical messengers that are responsible for pain and fever in the brain. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that aids healing by dissolving aberrant proteins at the site of inflammation. These tablets are effective at relieving pain in cases of headache, moderate migraine, muscle pain, tooth pain, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or uncomfortable menstruation.
